OUR PROCEDURE FOR PLACING ORDERS

Please register first by setting up a new customer account. Once your contact data is entered, our employees will review and complete the information. You will then receive a confirmation link at the email address you entered. Please confirm this link to activate your account. The full Tecpoles online shop will then be immediately available to you.
By adding products to your shopping cart you can assemble the products you need for your project and specify your needs accordingly.


When ordering less than the individually-specified minimum quantities of products, a flat rate freight cost will be estimated and shown separately.
When ordering more than the individually-specified minimum quantifies of products, the delivery will be free of charge to any building site within Germany (except for islands) and Austria. These terms assume a lorry-accessible delivery address.
There is no surcharge for deliveries of accessory parts for pole orders.
Carriage costs are charged for deliveries of accessory parts without pole orders and will be shown separately.
We will be happy to quote international carriage costs for deliveries upon request. For this purpose, please use our contact form or contact our assistant.


When your order has been sent by clicking the button “Send order now,” it will be reviewed and processed in our order processing centre. You will then receive a written confirmation of your order, which will contain a detailed description of all products, costs and the anticipated delivery date. This confirmation of your order is then a legally-binding contract. We ask you to carefully review the order confirmation and, if applicable, report any objections or aspects that are unclear.


We ask for your understanding that your orders cannot be processed outside of business hours on work days.
